Emma Watson is an English actress and model who shot to fame for playing the role of Hermoine Granger in the Harry Potter film series. Watson had only acted in school plays before landing the role at 9 years old. After the last Harry Potter film, she landed roles in My Week with Marylin, The Bling Ring, and The Perks of Being a Wildflower.

She is an outspoken feminist, and she has shown support for movements such as Me Too and Times’s Up. The last post on her dormant Instagram page is an advertisement for a playlist she made to sensitize people about racial discrimination. She attached the following caption alongside the post:
